This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 34111150528 (34 11 1 150 528) and is described as one set of brake pad retaining bolts and the anti-rattle spring clip for the front brake calipers on 1978-1983 E21 320i. This is the set of mounting parts for the caliper used with solid (non-vented) front discs.
One kit covers both front calipers. It includes screws and clips for both left and right calipers.
