Front M Sport Dimp & Slot Brake Rotor, Centric - F22, F30, F32 M Sport/Performance Brake

This slotted & dimpled rotor fits the front of the F30 335i/340i and F32 435i/440i with blue M Sport or M Performance brakes (including xDrive models).

Centric is the parent company of the Stoptech and Power Slot brands. The High Carbon rotor forms the basis for every Stoptech sport rotor. The High Carbon approach results in a brake disc with greater capacity for heat absorption. This results in less deformation of the braking surface, aka "warping", better resistance to surface cracks, and greater performance overall. Although cheaper than OE/OEM discs the Centric quality is just as good or better. A black electrostatic coating is used to prevent rust on the brake hat and vanes. The entire rotor is coated, followed by CNC double-disc grinding of the friction surface, and final computer balancing.

335i/435i Rotor Confusion: BMW had multiple rotor options with similar names. This 370mm disc fits the blue M Sport brake option (option code S2NHA) or red/yellow/orange M Performance brakes. It is larger than the standard 340mm disc used on other trim levels. 1-piece rotor. This Centric rotor is a single-piece cast iron rotor. The factory BMW rotor is a 2-piece iron disc with an aluminum hub. BMW advertised the lighter weight as a way of lowering emissions and improving fuel economy. There is likely no performance difference between them but the Centric will be slightly heavier compared to stock. We also offer the Original BMW rotors if you wish to keep the lighter two-piece design.
