This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 34216860925 (34 21 6 860 925) and is described as the standard rear brake rotor for the left or right of G20 M340i, G22/G26 M440i, G30 5-series, G12 7-series (and Alpina B7), G01 X3 M40i, G02 X4 M40i, G29 Z4 M40i, and A90/GR Supra.

It's also the rear brake rotor for the optional M Sport brakes (blue calipers) on G20 330i, G22 430i, G30 530i/540i, G11/G12 740i/750i, and G29 Z4 30i.
